Club Guide

Due to an overwhelming number of requests for club tables we implemented an application process for clubs wishing to attend VisionCon.

You can Apply Online on the right side bar of this page. After your application is reviewed you will be provided with a web address where table(s) are available.

What is a Club?

In order to qualify as a club a group must meet 3 of the following criteria:

  1. Verifiable membership
  2. An active working internet website
  3. Cannot operate as a business.
  4. Non-profit status
  5. Include a charity aspect / or an educational component

Club Table

  1. Club/Organization tables are $50.00 each.
  2. You can purchase a maximum of 1 table. If you need additional space please contact clubs@visioncon.org.
  3. Your club/organization gets 2 free weekend badges for the first table only.
  4. With the purchase of a Club table you will receive a free 1/2 page ad in the VisionCon Convention Book.
  5. AD Size and Requirements: 6.75 by 5.125 inches. Minimum 300 dpi. Full color to Black and White
  6. Selling merchanise is prohibited. Please purchase a Vendors Table if you wish to sell.
  7. Handing out swag, club fliers, and/or hosting prize games is not only welcomed but encouraged.

Premium Club Table

  1. Premium Club/Organization tables are $75.00 each.
  2. You can purchase a maximum of 1 table. If you need additional space please contact clubs@visioncon.org.
  3. Your club/organization gets 3 free weekend badges for the first table only.
  4. Access to a shared private break room behind the premium club tables.
  5. With the purchase of a Club table you will receive a free 1/2 page ad in the VisionCon Convention Book.
  6. AD Size and Requirements: 6.75 by 5.125 inches. Minimum 300 dpi. Full color to Black and White
  7. Selling merchanise is prohibited. Please purchase a Vendors Table if you wish to sell.
  8. Handing out swag, club fliers, and/or hosting prize games is not only welcomed but encouraged.

Additional Items for Clubs

  1. Power can be provided with an additional charge of $50.00 for the weekend
  2. Additional weekend badges are available for club members at a discounted rate of $35.00 each after purhcase of a table.
  3. Club members must Pre-Reg under your club name to get the discounted rate. They will be charged at-the-door price if they have not pre-registered.

Vendor Guide

Register for your space in the Vendor's Room to peddle your wares to the crowds of adoring Con Goers. Below is the current rate list for securing a spot at VisionCon.

Vendor Table Information*

  1. 10' x 10' Aisle Booths - $350.00 (Includes 4 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  2. 10' x 10' Corner Booths - $375.00 (Includes 4 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  3. 10' x 12' Aisle Booths - $400.00 (Includes 4 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  4. 10' x 12' Corner Booths - $425.00 (Includes 4 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  5. 8' x 6' Aisle Booths - $150.00 (Includes 2 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  6. 8' x 6' Corner Booths - $175.00 (Includes 2 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  7. **LIMIT ONE 8' x 6' booth per vendor**

Additional Items for Vendors

  1. Power can be provided with an additional charge of $50.00 for the weekend.
  2. Additional weekend badges are available for $35.00 each after purchase of a booth.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. All purchases must go through the Store.
  2. Cancellations must be received by September 1st, 2023 to receive a full refund
  3. All cancellations on or after September 2nd, 2023 will forfeit all money paid to VisionCon
